Katie.  I knew you'd be back.

1st....how are the pups?  Our boy (Rip) will be 2 in December.  He's a pain in the tookus, but we adore him.  He's going through the "finicky eater" stage.  We've been through....now 5 kinds of dry food.  He loves the new one for a couple of days and then turns his nose up.  My conclusion is as follows:  He's a dog.  He will NOT starve himself to death.  He will eat when he's ready, but this isn't going over real well with The Dutchess.  Any suggestions?

2nd....I'm sorry you lost the straw-drawing competition.  Maybe you'll draw the long straw next time.  It must be terrible wading back into this "steaming cesspool of conservatives" who are concerned about oh-so-many things that progressives/liberals are not.

3rd....I'm glad you will avoid most, if not all name calling.  I guess referring to post #10699 as coming from a conservative who likes to "throw s##t at the fan"......and so on.....could, in the most charitable way, NOT be considered name calling.  Since you are deeply imbedded with Homeland Security, I guess you would KNOW who/what started the Maui fire without the need to opine.

4th....Reading the tenor of both your posts, it is hard for me to believe that you have re-entered the CHS Message Forum with an overriding abundance of what I refer to as "the spirit of cooperation."  I almost feel like you came in spoiling for a fight....not a friendly dialogue.  But, I could be wrong.  Like you say, there are always miracles.

If I can speak for the conservatives on this site, our feeling about the left can be summed up by Debbie Wasserman Shultz' latest quote du jour speaking to a FOX reporter about the invasion at our Southern border:  "What you SEE is NOT what's really happening."  To which we respond....HUH??!!  Yep!  This is one of our big issues with the Biden Administration.

Their isn't a straw to draw its when you here anything that says what the? Your opinion matters whether or not you have no one or many who support it.  We all agree that we have many what the ? moments when we are on this forum or out in public.  You are a Camelbackster and I love you for that.  You have a valuable view that needs to be seen.  The forum as i see it allows for every opinion..

As one of many piss poor golfers that only get to the first hole because he ran out of strokes; I know what its like to say something that might of offended others but,  we all wear big boy and big girl pants and we are all ugly enought to take the mud that might be shoved in our face. At times, I wish and sometimes see us all together singing come by ya...well maybe not holding hands.  It also doesn't matter if we stand or sit when taking a leak.  I tend to sit myself.   Welcome back.. waiting to here more of who you are and who you believe in..  Oh.you don't need to research for me.  I don't get off by knowing the exact  quote or bible reference..  Its what you think and thats the way I look at what others write... I see now where firemen or firewoman or othe fire pronouns are fighting to put out the fires on electric vehicles... i bet your glad you are not having to do that..  But I'm sure you miss wearing the clarabel outfit thats attached to the boots (my cousin was a fireman and that was so very cool...   hey i haven't wore sespenders since playing hockey and I'm sure you...well maybe not sure since you were a fireman,   Howcome on the flintstones their were no firetrucks?  Oh thats right rocks have a hard time burning.

Now something off the cuff: I am not into the cabin in the woods feeling.. out in the middle of knowhere with trees standing at attention for my next word. i need to be in a city or town wih at least one fast food shop. and sidewalks and paved streets and cowpies being an expression not a reality. For me it all goes back to being an ownly child.  All I had was my parents and any relatives were at least 2000 miles away. it was loneliness at its finest and thats what a cabin in the woods felt like.  I don't mind camping out; oh well as long as the Rv Is in a Rv park.  

Stay nice , play nice and one term for senators and congressmen. Close the damm borders; i'm catching a cold with all the people walking past me onto the gold streets of unlimited opportunities....Luck and a Biden family attachment will contribute to financial growth.

1) M. Kelly has probably forgotten more information regarding  politics, then you have ever read about.

 2) The vast majority of people on this site, did not want her to ever return. I'll let you guess at the real reasons for this.

 3) There is only one main reason, she did return, and that is known to everyone, but you.

 4) Ask your self if her other sites, with hundreds of people responding on them, why the need to return to this site.

.Yesterday I heard that the Administration had added an Application to the Internet for accelerated Immigration Status to Illegal Entrants from Countries World Wide which would allow the Booking of Air Travel at US Government Taxpayer Expense to any City in the USA, with promise of Identification, Driver's License, free medical, housing, groceries, and Voting Rights. In hopes of finding out what the TRUTH IS, I checked and will continue to check Sources for accuracy of this information, including the US Government itself. This was personally bothersome to me since it seems to be an attempt to influence Voting in future elections potentially well past my lifetime. 

I found CBP One App and have gone through its initial information requirements, and they caused me some concern, since the information provided by the Applicant is very guarded and would allow for another Barrier to Law Enforcement to information that might help prevent an internal attack on our Nation's Protection networks. 

I will continue to research this Concern or numbers of Concerns. I as a Taxpayer am offended by the Federal Government using my Taxes to pay for accelerated illegal entry into the Country, with accompanying "Giveaway Programs" and a massive Voting influence. I feel as if my Country is being Stolen from me through legally contrived mechanisms to afford the same using my hard earned money. Perhaps it doesnt bother some, but it took a small boy not yet indoctrinated into societal norms to actually identify correctly that the Emperor was parading through the Kingdom absent and clothing whatsoever. Don't be caught with your Pants down.

I had been a democrat for decades and the party left me.  The party believes in one major thing and thats; for every free thing that equals one new vote.

I have enjoyed the forum and found several of the views I share with Republicans but I had hoped that Kathy would add a different voice.  But, I know that voice; she is not alone and that voice is hatred  It is featured on all sides.  I found this group of conservatives run from iteresting to how can you believe that. Im lucky because my son is liberal and has views that I agree with and views I just can't see are real.

I like the sunday funnies, and wish I had some to contribute, but for now my buttoned down mind goes in another direction.

Hatred, does one thing really well it can really grow from one to another.  Without hatred, kids wouldn't of enjoyed lynchings, burning books, burning people.  Being Jewish would be another way to say I love you God. 

I try to stay in the middle, its healthier and more accepting of others.
