Alan Dershowitz represented Al Gore in his challenge to the Florida vote in the Presidential Election.  Dershowitz says Georgia doesn't have a case against Trump.  This is going to end up in the Supreme Court and Trump will be exonerated!!

All prosecutors both on State and Federal levels, need to be reminded that when you start your brand new Prosecutorial Assignments, you have a "Good Faith Duty" to only prosecute cases upon which there exists Evidence that is supportive of the Violation charged against the Defendant. This is the measuring Rod that applies to as many indictments charged against President Donald j. Trump as may be concocted by these so called defenders of the US Constitution. The Budgets of these various Agencies should be limited to funding proceedings applying the Good Faith Standard to Prosecutions.

Biden now has 2 new Pseudonyms in which he received communications from Foreign Governments, and contacted them. Robert Peters, Robin Ware, Robin G. Ware.

The demoncrat controlled Senate passed a Bill which mandates completion of the Border Wall which has been lying on the Ground since Jan. 21, 2021 but now that the demoncrats have finally grown so embarassed that they finally did "the right thing" Biden, ever the clever fox that he is, has started selling the Custom Built steel Fence Beams for 2 cents on the Dollar. The dollars 270 Million------- Storage Costs to date 300 Million. Wow, isn't he the defiant one. Like Father Like Son.

PLEASE encourage like-minded friends to VOTE.  This is a critical election.  We will be unable to change any liberal minds, but we CAN encourage people who feel helpless to at least vote.  We, the patriot conservatives who believe in our country cannot afford to sit on the sidelines.  We ARE losing our country.

Blue cities like San Francisco are wailing about the problems brought on by radical left policies.  People and businesses are leaving....crime is rampant....and their tax bases are being eviscerated.  Wonder why?

Who is leaving these cities....besides businesses who are being robbed blind?  The ones leaving are the ones who CAN afford to leave.  A carpenter on trade wages probably cannot afford to pack up and start over in TX or FL.  They are on life support and are probably dug-in where they are.  They certainly can't sell (IF they own anything) and buy somewhere else.  Have you seen mortgage rates??  How about addressing the elephant in the room for once.  Who remains?  All you have to do is watch TV....primarily FOX.....to see the make-up of the people who remain.  Homeless...drug pushers and addicts....thieves....murderers.....radical left and normal people who cannot afford to leave and pay exorbitant rents elsewhere.  Look at what has happened to rent here in AZ!  Watch TV to see the racial make-up of the thieves, murderers and criminals in the Blue cities and states.  You see it every day, but we are being ruled by The Tyranny of the Minority and we are afraid to speak truth.  Do your own census.  The radical left is afraid to prosecute those criminals because that will NOT fit their narrative and they are afraid of being labeled racist.  Well, their narrative is sick.  Just like the radical left who feels it's OK for a boy to shower with girls and compete against girls.  Sick!  Of course, I could go on.

Now the Biden Administration is opening parts of the wall that HAS been built and is selling, for pennies on the dollar, the wall construction material that has been waiting for a sane administration.  I saw film this morning of illegals flowing through those new gaps opened by Biden.  I continue to ask....HOW can anyone with a functioning brain continue to vote for the radical left politicians?  THEY....,LIE!!!

NOTE ABOUT THE WALL:  It was NEVER meant to stop illegal crossings.  It was meant to funnel illegal crossers to areas that can be staffed by adequate law enforcement to HANDLE the illegal crossers, properly process them and interdict the cartel monsters who are making $billions due to Biden's feckless policies.  I don't know why the right doesn't say this every day.

Biden is a liar and traitor to this country.  Period.  He has failed on the highest and most important directive of the presidency....PROTECT THE COUNTRY AND OUR CITIZENS.  We must get rid of him  AND his corrupt minions.  VOTE!

Top 3 - In Order....with some hedging

1.  Desantis - overall, he's on top.  Needs to flesh out his policies.  Loved his hard line stance on the border which I see as our biggest threat.

2.  Haley - Strong on foreign policy and abortion

3.  Ramaswamy - Weak on Ukraine, Taiwan and Israel - I need much more detail, but I think he's sharp.

Note:  Definitely in the race......Trump....God help us.

I respect Tim Scott, but I don't think he's ready for Prime Time.

All the others can just go away, with Pence and Christie completely OUT for me.

My opinion on the Debate show. 1. DeSantis-has done most of it already and convincingly and I think his Military experience is of great value as a Leader. No nonsense. 2. Tim Scott He is fearless and has good instincts, will stand up for Truth 3. Ramaswamy  My spelling may be wrong. Very intelligent. Has already showin as a businessman he knows the Economic System and works within it well. 

None of them were tolerant or more accurately defined, as in favor of the Unnatural, in saying men should be allowed to compete in Women's Sports. 

All of them were in favor of limiting spending, and cutting whole Bureaucracies when necessary, to cut and eliminate spending in the Favor of Government.

All of them were in Favor of Stopping Illegal Immigration and finishing the Border Fence

Most Importantly, did not think Joe Biden had done anything to help this Country.

If I voted today, and Trump was not the Candidate, then Ron DeSantis gets my Vote.

I turned on the debates expecting to watch only part of it. But I became so spellbound from the start that I ended up watching all of it. It was more interesting than I expected. There were a lot of powerful comments from all the candidates. I don't expect any of the pole positions to change much, but it will be interesting to see if any of the numbers change. I haven't changed any of my positions based on the debates but I was impressed with some of the things I heard some of them say. I would say that Nikki Haley impressed me the most. I also liked many of the things Mike Pence said, but I would not vote for him in the primaries. He did what he felt was right on Jan.6. If he had followed Trump's urgings I don't think it would have made a difference in the final outcome. The 2020 election was so strongly rigged that I don't think it could have been stopped. Hutchinson was governor of Arkansas when I moved here. I always thought of him as a lackluster governor. Chris Christie-well he was just Chris Christe I don't even think of him as a candidate. I haven't changed my position on who I will vote for. I'm still in Trump's camp, even with all the indictments against him. And I will put Vivek second on my list, followed by DeSantis. But there is still time for some of the lower 'also-rans' to catch up and change some minds.

I, for one, think it was good for Trump not to show up for the debates. He would have upstaged the other candidates. Without his being there the other candidates were free to express themselves without concern for Trumps push backs. I do hope he will attend the last two debates when the field is cleared of those with little or no chance of being the nominee. 

One comment on Nikki Haley. I think she knows she has no chance of being the Republican nominee. From her comments at the debate and comments after, I feel she is trying to put herself in line for VP.

If you happened to notice, the latest KILL THE MESSENGER CANDIDATE FOR THE DEMOCRATS, is the Prosecutor that Joe Biden got Fired from investigating of Burisma and Hunter Biden way back in 2014, when the man Biden called the "Mulatto Messiah" sent Joe to the Ukraine with some monetary aid to use in ther fight to keep the Crimean Territory as a part of Ukraine,well Joe added his own personal touch to his mission of Mercy, by demanding that Victor Shokin, a Prosector for the Ukraine Government to be fired because good old Victor, had the temerity to engage in investigation of Burisma, a Russian controlled Energy provider, for Fraud, and on the Board of Directors and an investigatee himself, was sonny Boy Hunter Biden. Now Hunter, admittedly knew nothing about Oil, Gas, Coal, or any other fossil fuel energy source, but was on the Burisma Payroll at 86 Thousand dollars a month with Burisma, in order to buy his influence with Pops. So Pops threatened the Ukraine top shelf officials "You better fire Shokin in six hours or less or you no get 1.6 Billion Dollars. Biden bragged on TV that Shokin got fired less than 6 hours later. Now since Shokin has agreed to Tell his side of the Story, the Demoncrats attack him like he is a red headed Stepchild. NORMAL FOR DEMONCRATS. SAD FOR OUR NATION.

Frank. I agree that no Republican can ever carry the state of California. Newsome has sent that state too far over the leftist edge. Ronald Reagan was probably the most loved President in American history. He is one of whom I believe it can be said,  "TALKED softly and carried a big stick." I think that having the next debate at the Ronald Reagan Library will be a way of focusing the Republicans on the Reagan legacy.  I have no problem with the debate being held there only because it's in California. 

Jim. I agree that any one of the Republican contenders would be better than Biden. My two-year-old great-grandson would be better than Biden. I know that Chris Christie doesn't have a chance in hell of becoming the nominee, but if he were on the ticket I would not vote for him. I would seek out the Independents that might be in the race. I'm afraid that someone like Christie could do as much damage to our country as Biden. I would rather see someone like RFK Jr. in office. But the Marxists will never allow that.

If you listened to Victor Shokin's interview on FOX NEWS on Brian Kilmead's Show, you will note that he has placed the tampering with the money sent to the Ukraine by the USA back in 2014, with the Ukraine's loss of the entire Territory of Crimea, and the ongoing War with Russia Presently. Biden had he done his Job back in 2014 and clear up to now, with his slow Walking of the Aid Congress and Senate has already approved back in February 2022 and thereafter, could have speeded up the Job he holds as President to help defeat Putin already. Biden has Blood on his Hands, first in Afghanistan, and now in the Ukraine. All he does is better left undone by him, and placed in the hands of almost anyone else to perform adequately. A International Disgrace.

Now for all the hardcore record player people.  I have found it increasingly hard to find a difference between Monophonic and High Fidelity.. the both are from our stone age and Im suree at one time all our parents belonged to a record club where they would get the top or for that matter heavily pushed/advertised record of the month...   yea it was a month that our parents would sit down and have their four roses or in our Irish houshold Wiskey ... yep all were in glass because any other form of packaging would of been eaten through...but, why not wood... yea F---- the forest.. sorta like whats going on now with the large amounts of forest fires... hell Yogi and Boo Boo aren't safe even in Canada.
