Tho I am mad at the attacks Trump has gone through Im not sure voting for him is the best answer.  Did he object to the way the election went....yep sure did.  He has had his time in the courts of our country and they have failed... Hey even Arizona said nothing was strong enough.. evidence wise to support overturning the election in our state. He has even used the media the thing he hates to express his view.

Is he being attacked over and over again ....sure has.     What is needed is Candidates on both parties that don't smell of coruption....And Biden sure isn't the answer he is like riding the road in Paradise valley which sure isn't level and its more like a roller coaster than a road.

I don't vote for the lesser of the evils.

My major consern  are all judges corrupt, and is our constitution the greatest comic book ever written.  I sure hope not.   Yes the Sons of Liberty were engaged in activities that violated the law..but whose law.   and that means the Law isn't what it seems or for that matter what we hope. Do lawyers go to the profession for the money.  I would of studied  law because of the financial windfall I could reap.  I got into Business for the money. I majored in Finance for the money....did it work for me...oh well a little bit.. but I could of did the same with drive and knowing people.

Did the Arizona DUI law work....seems not at all but someone is or has collected on it...Sheriff joes family made out with supplying the vending machines at tent city.. and what else..  Who allowed cars be towed away to company lots for storage vs taking them to family homes... theirs was no money in that.  I guess we don't have DUI s anymore ..thats bullshit... its a game ... the rich will do whatever it takes to make a buck and at that Trump did the same.  Biden his family did well.....Obama did fine... Kennedy did fine...was it worth it for them to loose their boys.. maybe so they keep in the family business.

Boys and Girls we are in a heap of shit and its getting harder to touch the bottom because the shit is rising.

The Trump Indictments are almost at a weekly monday thru sunday Event. Some might even say it is a back handed method of Revenge for his Beating Hillary in 2106. An event that was not supposed to happen, and really impacted the Trump Haters sense of Reality when the Vote Count, and no one has said it was a Dishonest Vote Count came in and Trump had Won. Trump stll holds steady, fair minded Jurors cannot see anything Trump did that was Criminal in Intent. For a Crime to be alleged one needs to allege that an Act is prohibited by law as harmful to the Public, Commission of said Act by the alleged defendant, running concurrent withn the Criminal Intent of the Defendant to commit the Act intending to harm the Victim. 

I would like to see the Full Body of all the Indictments, the crimes alleged, in writing, and as charged against President Trump. What are the Facts that supposedly back the Charges. Why all the Secrecy. If Trump has screwed the pooch, lets see the Videos, and see the Damage to the Pooch, and the Veterinarian Bills showing the actual Harm caused. These serious faced people get on TV and talk down at us about the "Serious Crimes that Trump committed"  I don't think they can produce it because it is not really there. It must be Bluff if no actual or even circumstantial evidence exists. Seems the facts are subject to interpretation/manipulation depending on where your Goat is Tied. All Defendants are also entitled to Evidence that is called Exonerating Evidence, evidence that shows the defendant had no element of Malice in the Conduct alleged as causing Harm. No one has been honest enough with us yet to let us really know what Trump has done that is Criminal in nature. Why???

The real reason for all these Indictments against Trump is easily ascertained. It is too cloud his Reputation and dissuade people from Voting for him. They Fear Him that Much. And more than that, they Really Fear the America we can Produce when the Federal and State Governments are Made to Get out of The Damned Way..

I'm with Greg. If you don't vote for Trump, who will you vote for? I like DeSantis and Ramaswamy, But I do not feel confident in their ability to get our country back on track. Trump did it before, and he can do it again. We wouldn't be in this mess if he had been rightly elected in 2020.

The 2020 election was rife with fraud and dishonesty by the left. That is the only way the Fascist Marxists could put their man in the White House. I am not a lawyer, nor do I have much law knowledge. So maybe Michael K can correct me if I'm wrong.  As I understand it, Proof is obtained by the preponderance of the evidence. With the thousands of pieces of evidence, can there be any doubt that the proof is shown beyond the shadow of a doubt? It troubles me to see how many Republicans are now ignoring this evidence.

Dennise, I usually like your posts, but I must give this one a thumbs down. Yes, the Bible is concerned only with the earth. Only God would know if there is any life on other planets or galaxies. If there are, I don't believe they are traveling to Earth. 

JUST ONE MORE THING:

I don't know of anyone other than Jack Breese that lives in Texas. If there are, then this is for you as well. Sen. Ted Cruz is up for re-election in 2024. Sen. Cruze is one of the strongest conservative voices in the Senate. We cannot afford to lose him. He is facing strong opposition from the left. He needs our help. Please give him all the support you can.

OK.  My fellow Conservatives on this site....you have to know that when the rubber meets the road, I'm with you.  If Trump is the nominee, I vote for him.  BUT, I have to ask......In your heart of hearts, do you really think Trump is the best person to be our next President?  I see three major problems with that:  1.  He is HATED to the core by the liberal left wing of our country....we are seeing the by-products of that hatred.  And let me tell you something, millions of those who despise him cannot say why in a cogent manner, but they will riot, burn and vote just to keep him out.  "We" have NOT shown that we can overcome that.  2.  IF Trump is elected, "I FEEL" that our country will be set on fire by the radical left and the ONLY way to stop that would be through extreme violence.  Nothing else has worked as we have been constantly out-lawyered and "out-dirty-tricked" by the radical left.  They have the Executive, Senate, DOJ and the media.  3.  He will only be able to serve 4 years (LAME DUCK) and that, IN MY OPINION, is not enough time to put this country back on course.  Trump will be fighting day and night to respond to attacks coming from inside our country....not even considering the threats from "the hyenas circling just outside the light of the campfire of our country."

Please respond to my "opinions."  I'm no more intelligent than anyone else and I have no more insight than any of you, but I have a bad feeling about Trump being President again.

I'm 100% with you Jim but you left out the F.B.I. being against Trump.  Trump doesn't know how or when to fight back.  He simply constantly fights back.  He has a schorched earth approach. When De Santis was asked about Trump saying he was unlikabile, De Santis correctly pointed out that a lot of Republicans, and almost all Independents don't like Trump and Democrats hate him, but virtually all Republicans, almost all Independents, and even alot of Democrats voted for him in Florida.  I think Independents and many fair thinking Democrats would give almost any Republican President (other than Trump) a chance.  Especially with what's going on in this Country.

Ok what Democrat decided that Adrian Fontes was going to be a great Arizona Secretary of State and then voted for him.  As I recall from my hippie days (just yesterday and then some); wasn't Mr. Fontes a charachter that Robert Crumb would draw for the underground comics?  And he was a politician.  Dam Mr. Natural isn't going to be pleased.   Just trucking has another meaning now... Hey I was a Democrat someone forgot to tell me that Adrian was being to drawn in real life. This is just a warning but don't buy a lid from just anyone it can screw up your mind.  I still remember the Alice B. Toklas brownies (my friend made me some and was the green stuff suppose to be falling out the sides... well it sure fucked me up.  And now hearing and seeing Mr. Fontes makes me wonder if meeting Burt Stamper at the YAYAS resturant wasn't screwy as it was.. My friend Bob, we called him CB McBee...CB initial was for Cherry Bob but that something of a sexual nature in 1968. Well CB introduced me and several others (we were pure as clean water..not into drugs or oops even alchohol) Mr. Stamper was the head  narcotics officer for Norther Arizona. Now  picture this ;he had a head band and on his forehead it was written Wolf...go figure so in one of my many virgin moments i asked Wolf what was it like to be speeding and he looked at me and said you really are out of it...  Yep CB was turning his straight friends onto Wolf as a better fucking do it favor or jail time...  this is Flagstaff in 1968 the cops were in patrol cars with shotguns on the rack and a very mean dog (awktune German police)  in the back... they were 2nd in violence next to Chicago police.  Well after that I never met Wolf again. so I have no idea what speeding is..  and now seeing Adrian Fontes as a real person maybe I got screwed up just from the fumes.   

Now a little smelly information;  out back of Sechrist (my dorm) the students were killing and skinning skunks you know as in for Davy Crocket caps.

It was tough being a  business major at NAU when their was a group of nature lovers...Oh Oh it wasn't odd to see arrows in the university dinning hall in the morning...we did have a contingent of native americans attending school. and we all liked drinking beer... you ever carried a full keg up 6 floors...well thats another story.

Jim. We are all free to have our opinions, especially on politics. I am not concerned one bit about Trump being back in office.

1. To be sure, The Marxists in Washington hate him. They hate anyone who is conservative and supports the Constitution.  They even hate their own Democrat, RFK Jr., because he stands for our constitutional republic and freedom. It wouldn't matter who the front-runner is. If DeSantis were leading in the poles like Trump is, They would be aiming all their guns at him and not be concerned with Trump. If ANY of the Republicans were elected, the Leftists would be pursuing him as rigorously as they did With Trump in his four years in office. I'm not sure if the others could take it.

2. Regardless of who it is, if a Republican becomes President, The Marxists will "set the country on fire' as much as they have been all along.  They don't just hate Trump. They hate everything conservatives stand for. They will still be using violent demonstrations against us.

3. True that Trump will only have four years as president, but any of the other candidates could have only four years if the Commies pursue another rigged election. I think that Trump will only need four years to get this country headed in the right direction again and then hand it off to Another qualified Republican. Perhaps that could be DeSantis. Who knows? By then, there could be a new list of good Presidential candidates. The hyenas will be circling whoever the Republican is.

You asked for comments, and there is mine. We have been friends for a long time, and I respect your right to have your opinions.

Frank, I will take your question as rhetorical. We all know WHY. I have used fake names and emails in the past, but I didn't make a dime off of it, and the United States or anyone else was hurt by it. South Dakota's Governor, Kristi Noem, said the other night that she would consider the opportunity if offered. She would make a great VP, but I would hate to see South Dakota lose such a powerful governor.

Frank and DeWitt.  Thank you for responding to my request for feedback on "my opinions" in post #10744.  I was hoping for more responses, but we all have stuff to do rather than posting on this Forum.  

I think Trump did a hell of a good job for our country when in office until he was hamstrung by the COVID debacle.  If he weren't such an jerk, I would unequivocally be in his camp.  And now, he has FOUR INDICTMENTS.  Right or wrong....HE HAS FOUR INDICTMENTS!  Frank is right on the money when he says Trump has a "scorched earth approach" and he has brought much of his misery on himself....and by extension.....on us.  At some point, everyone has to admit that Teddy Roosevelt's policy of "Speak softly and carry a big stick" was pretty good.  I think Ronald Reagan must have read that at one time.  I want our President to be a hard-ass when necessary, but there MUST be some diplomacy involved when appropriate.  Determining when that is is guided by the "reasonable man theory."

We all have our opinions.  Here is something that is guiding my opinion process of and by Vivek Ramaswamy.  Neil Cavuto called this his ten commandments. Ramaswamy calls it:

TRUTH

1.  God is real.

2.  There are two genders.

3.  Human flourishing requires fossil fuels.

4.  Reverse racism is racism.

5.  An open border is no border.

6.  Parents determine the education of their children.

7.  The nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.

8.  Capitalism lifts people up from poverty.

9.  There are three branches of the U.S. Government, not four.

10. The U.S. Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.

This is the kind of talk I want to hear.  NOT scorched earth.

And on the other subject: I Agree that Trump can sometimes be a jerk. He can be an asshole and sometimes I cringe at the things he says. But I don't vote on the bases of personality. I vote for the man who has what it takes to get the job done, regardless of mean tweets.

Ronald Reagan proved you can do a GREAT job but still be civil.  Remember he won every State except Minnesota in his re-election.  Think about that!!  I have a friend who lives in Florida and he says in De Santis' first run for Governor (that he won in a close election) the left wing media went after him but he handled it really well.  He then won re-election in a landslide.  He can handle the left wing!!

FYI.....If I haven't made myself clear, I'll take THE pledge right now:  I WILL VOTE FOR THE REPUBLICAN NOMINEE FOR PRESIDENT......PERIOD.  

I agree....the left will try to destroy whomever is at the top of the ticket.  If it's Trump, they might just succeed (4 Indictments, for God's sake!!)....If it's DeSantis, I think the left will have a decent chance because of his demeanor (if that's the word I'm looking for).....If it's Ramaswamy, I'm not so sure.  He strikes me as unflappable right now.  Who the hell knows?  I'm not on board with ANY of the others on the debate stage unless lightening strikes and....well, you know what I'm saying.

Late addition - 8/20/23:  I can't get it out of my mind that IF Trump is elected, he will be a Lame Duck President.  And, there's NO guarantee that the one who follows him as President will be a Republican because I believe the party will be eviscerated by the left for four years and will be left bleeding on the battlefield.

This old dog learned a new trick on his Alaska Princess Cruise.  When we got on the ship we got a "fob".  Everything we charged was done with the fob plus when we got on and off the ship it is all done with the fob including entry to our cabin.  We had a "ship board credit" that we had to use ON the ship.  On the last day I still had $120.00 to use.  I was coached how to get the $120.00.  I was told by another passenger to go to the Casino and to a slot machine (which was the one and only time) and use my "Fob", and put the $120.00 on the machine.  The machine shows the $120.00 credit and it also shows in the Cashier's Office.  Then simply go cash out.  Worked like a charm.  Happy Sailing!!

Coats  I agree with Vivek Ramaswamis 10 points as you listed them. DeWitt  I also agree with you Analysis of Donald J. Trump, although I believe that the Reason he has Four Indictments is because if the Demoncrats could find ten more he would have those also. It is amazing to me that the Demoncrats can now have the Truth about Biden slap them up side the head, vis-a-vis his Pseudonyms which Frank W, says is up to 3 (Three) now, and Demoncrats still cannot bring themselves to acknowledge that he is one Corrupt Politician and of which seems to be the Worst as far as we all know. IT IS TRULY DISGUSTING THAT A CRIMINAL CAN SURVIVE SCRUTINY BECAUSE THE CRIMINAL HAS A (D) NEXT TO HIS NAME. My grandparents on my father's side were old line Democrats and would have been disgusted thoroughly wiith Biden.

About Trump and his Lead. The reason I believe is that many Voters are now knowledgeable enough to know that the Demoncratic Party is so Corrupt that it is a Shipwreck and Demoncrats are never to be Trusted Again. They look at the Ferocity of the Constant Assailing of Trump as a Proof of his Intergrity. The Demoncrats have "trick Bagged" themselves into this vastly superior in numbers opinion of what Trump is About, and Demoncrats, no matter how much they Lie, cannot dig themselves out of this Hole. You are all right, if Trump was not the leading Candidate on the Republican side, the Front leader DiSantis, Ramaswami, Scott, Hailey, even The New Jersey Heavyweight would be just as viciously atttacked. Demoncrats are like Pavlov's Dogs, trained to attack Republicans no matter who they are. Sad Really. Shows the effects of being afraid of expressing the Truth, in place of an Approved Group Think opinion  "Brainwashing" You can tell what my opinion of Democrats is by now if you did not glean this from what I have written Before. 

My personal take on the Republican race for the Nomination. Trump leads with me because he has demonstrated overall leadership skills. I don't appreciate him attacking DeSantis, and see this if it continues, as a growing reason for me to say that DeSantis should get my vote, I also appreciate Tim Scott, because of his Spiritual Committment that enters into his decisiion making process. Ramaswami is also a quality candidate, very intelligent, and capable of seeing and acting on REAL ISSUES. 

We are enduring some rainy weather which has been so far, overplayed somewhat, I haven't sighted and Arks yet.
