Everyone (even you, Lorts) Just to keep the facts straight, there is a Federal Statute which specifically gives a sitting/standing/office holding President the Legal Authority to De-Classify Protected Documents, which is what President Trump did when he left office in Jan. 2020. After the Archives started clamoring about "missing documents" then Trump had his Lawyers engage in dialogue with the Archives types to satisfy their clamoring, and according to the News this went on for over a year, then the Archives types became suddenly quiet, and no one understood why. Now we know, it had been known to the Archives types that Delaware Joe had his own complications with Classified Documents and so the Swamp Lovers needed to engage in a pre-emptive strike and so the Archives types along with the FIB and the DOJ and the Biden Clan got their Cartel together and decided to produce the Drama for TV called "Mar-A-Lago Search" with a 3 AM Raid, over 100 Official Vehicles, Sirens, Lights, and Multiple Rolling for the Action TV Vans and a few Choppers thrown in for good measure. Trouble is, Trump wasn't even there. In fact, the week before he had hit a Hole in One on a 170 plus par 3 Hole. I felt a certain kinship with the ex-president then for i hit a Hole in One on a 176 yard par three Hole myself on my 16th Birthday, and Im a Left Hander to boot. But, I digress, so my View of MarALago is that it was a "Staged Event" to deflect from the upcoming disaster which is the Biden Fiasco that hopefully will show he and his brother and the Rogue Hunter selling Secrets for Cash from Enemies/Foreign Aid Recipients. You may think I'm extreme, but I see his presidency as a planned Socialist/Communist take over of our Economy. I see Joe Biden as the centequential Con Man and a real Game Player. He will never earn my Respect. I think Hunter's Laptop has been hidden for a reason, and the FIB and DOJ have known for a very long time the Damning Evidence it contains that link monetary transactions with Classified Documents that have been, and probably remain to be discovered. As for Mike Pence the discovery of Classifed Documents in his home causes me to conclude that, even with the Moral Character he supposedly exhibits, forgetting to turn over classified documents disqualifies him from office as a president. The Declassification of Documents is the subject of Federal Statutes, and executive orders, but in none of them is a Vice-President given equal authority to Declassify Documents, except of it is in the Exercise of his/her Executive Duties. Biden then must have been involved in the performance of his Executive Duties while a Sitting Vice President, to be afforded this Protection even if he argues that his/her protection comes from the Obama Executive Order of 13526 December 29, 2009. Once his Term as a Vice President expired, Biden was "Out of Luck" and even if he was a Vice President when he took possession of the Classified Documents he is still restricted to claiming inclusion in the umbrella of the Obama Exec. Order unless he can show he was in the performance of his Executive Duties. Talking on a Cellphone at his home or in his garage with a Foreign Dignitary about some information that he learned from a Classified Document certainly puts in question whether this was the proper performance of his "Executive Duties". A Thorough Investigation must be made to discern whether this has occurred and the evidence must include each document and the entries in Hunter Biden's Laptop. This will be an Exhaustive Detailed Examinaiton.

The only thing you left out on your synopsis was the fact that Lyin Biden had Classified Documents from way back when he was a Senator which is absolutely illegal according to even left wingers Adam Shifty, Dick Durban, and Ro Kanaha (sp). In fact I haven't heard anyone defend Lyin Biden. When the first C.D.'s were found Lyin Biden said he was surprised. He was surprised because the Justice Department reported it. He and his idiot Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierrie said he took Classified Documents very seriously which is obviously a GiANT lie. Mike Pense should be disqualified and Trumps situation doesn't look good but it's obvious to anyone with a brain that the FBI has been after Trump since back before he took office.

That's the difference between someone who worked in the drug industry vs. someone with a career in law. Remember the President grousing about Georgia's new Voting Law? He said it was Jim Crow 2.0 and Jim Eagle (He was hoping for applause there, but didn't get it) while showing his most stern lips and clenched jaw and using his raised voice and stumbling verbalizations. What a total moron. The Dem's also labeled it as KKK material (Remember - The KKK was formed and run by Democrats). That was at the time that the Baseball All Star Game was pulled from Atlanta....devastating many small businesses who counted on the windfall to help them in their comeback from the Covid debacle. This action was carried out by Major League Baseball as a result of "Jim Crow Breath", his idiotic pronouncements and the Democrat party. Everything was built on a foundation of FALSE premises promulgated by "our" elected leaders!!

Frank W. I'll pickup a copy of Patterson's Book and read it, and indicate my opinion. I know amongst Attorneys a slang referral to a seasoned inmate who does their own Legal Research, write their own Documents like Motions, Discovery Demands and Responses, and Briefs, is as a "Jailhouse Lawyer" and other more Vulgar terms. Make no Mistake, some of these people are flat out brilliant. I have personal knowledge of one such individual, who during the Course of my representation of him, was accused of what would be a 3rd Strike Felony. He insisted that the Prosecutor's Office was in Error and that the first of the 3 Strikes had actually been Dismissed. Now I've been inhabiting Courthouses for years, have heard all the "stories" and so knew I had an obligation to check out his Story but I performed the check in a rather perfunctory manner to see if the case file was even still in the System since it was more than 20 years old. To my Surprise I obtained a Certified Copy of the Appeal he had done while an inmate in a Facility which is famous for driving Inmates quietly Insane, making them confess to previously unsolved Crimes just to be transferred to another Prison. The facility he wrote his Brief in is all Plastic, all White, and all with Rounded Corners, it can't be Graffitied for nothing can mark or carve into the Walls and violent individuals soon cannot stand to be there. This individual wrote his Appeal while incarcerated in the Facility described. Well, when I received my Certified Copy it was over 20 pages in length and handwritten in Script which could be said to resemble the Script of the US Constitution. It was an Artistic Masterpiece and an Appeals Court had Granted this Appeal in its entirety. Back then to get rid of Strikes in serious Felony cases you had to File a Romero Motion so I did and submitted the Handwritten Appeal as Exhibit "A". Long story short, my Romero Motion was granted and instead of 46 years to Life my "Jailhouse Lawyer" entered a Negotiated Plea with a Suspended Sentence some Probation time and other Stipulations. If Patterson's Book is along these lines it should be an interesting read. This person still occasionally calls me to update me on his Life. There is more to this particular story which I choose not to tell here. The reason is that at times you can really see that in your own Life you are meant to be in that place at that particular time.

Mike K.--So where did you get your Hole-in-One? A funny golf story--I sold two homes in Sun Lakes to a couple from Nebraska. He and I became golfing buddies and my Wife and I took them out for dinner. He told a story about their golf course in Nebraska and they had a couples golf league. He wanted her (a non-golfer) to take up the sport. Bob took Mary Kay out to the driving range for four early evenings to hit balls. She was actually doing alright. The next evening he decided he would take her to a Par 3 and see what she could do. She tee'd the ball, got lined up, took a big swing, and skulked the ball. Bob said the ball bounced 4 times, slowed down as it entered the Green and rolled into the hole. He was laughing until she said, "This is a stupid game!!! Why does it take you 5 hours? She has never pricked up another club!!

Frank W. I believe that hole-in-one was at the Public Golf Course in Prescott Arizona. A warm day because it was on January 13, 1963. As I recall it was a 176 yard hole, and I was using a 3 Iron made by Wilson. You know the old adage --- " Even a blind squirrel finds a chestnut once in while."

I called my friend from the "oil industry" and asked him what he thought about what Lyin Biden said yesterday criticizing Chevron for not using its profits to produce more oil. He laughed and said, "You mean the same guy that said, "I'm going to put you out of business!" to the oil companies. He also reiterated that just because they have permits to drill on private land they have tapped producing wells on Government land that Lyin Biden's Administration shut down. He also told me that the EPA has placed crazy restrictions on drillers that has almost doubled the costs of drilling. Thirdly, people need to understand that there are such things as "Dry Holes" meaning that the oil industry can drill a very expensive hole and find nothing. It's good to get an "experts" perspective!!

There is just one word that Blacks in particular, still do not comprehend, or just plain refuse to understand. That single word, would indeed save lives. All Mothers and Fathers should drill this simple word into their little heads through out their lives. They should always " Comply ", when given any orders from those, who are in command positions, especilally the Police !. Had that young man, Tyre Nichols, " Complied " with their orders to him, I am quite sure he would be alive at this present time. I hadn't really been following this situation until I saw the body cam videos tonight. This was absolutely brutal to watch. There is no excuse for this. The five officers involved have been fired and charged with murder, but that will not save Tyre or comfort his family now. Perhaps Tyre had been involved in something illegal, or maybe he was driving recklessly or even impaired. However, this does not justify the actions taken by these policemen. I can't wait for the trial of these men. It will be interesting to hear their excuses—my condolences to the family.

Sunday Funnies-- 1. When I was young I would hear people say "Excuse my French!" after saying a swear word. I'll never forget my first day of French class at Camelback when the French Teacher ask, "Does anyone know any French words?" 2. When we're young and drop something we bend down and pick it up. Now if I drop something I look at it and think, "Do I really need it?" 3. When someone is dead they don't know their dead. They have no pain. The pain is felt by others. The same happens when someone's stupid!! 4. One way to find out if you're old is to fall down in front of a bunch of people. If they laugh---you're still young! 5. I've found that growing up in the 70's was a lot more fun than being in my 70's. 6. If you're eyes hurt while you're drinking coffee------take the spoon out of the cup!! 7. I find these days that most of my conversations start with: "Stop me if I've told you this" or " What was I going to say?" 8. Instead of a sign that reads" Do Not Disturb" I need one that reads, "Already Disturbed, Proceed With Caution!"
