I was proud to have Dave as a friend. I met dave at high school my freshman year and shared a general shop class with him. he knew what he was doing; I didn't, I still would be in the electronic portion of class to this day if it wasn't for dave-he knew how to make the motor work.

dave had a great sense of humor and was very sharp. I saw him most of my freshman and sophmore years and then only a few times my junior and senior years.  I was very surprised at his death.

We used to joke about his last name having a d on the end, he told me it was because in ireland the protestant part of the family wanted to seperate from the catholics and this was the way their became morands.  Thanks dave it was a pleasure knowing you.
