Frank, you are right. Lying during a campaign or while in office is not acceptable. The difference between George Santos and lying Biden is Joe has been doing both and is still in office.

OK, I heard this one just this morning, so if you already heard it,  a courtesy laugh if you please.

A teacher was teaching the proper use of words. She called on little Suzi and said, "Use the word 'wonderful' in a sentence." Suzi replied, "I had a birthday party last week, and it was wonderful." "That's great!" replied the teacher. The teacher noticed little Johnny waving his hand franticly. "OK, Johnny. What is it?" Johnny said, "I've got to take a piss." The teacher said, "Now, Johnny, that is not a proper word to use here. What you mean is 'urinate.' Now use the word 'urinate properly, and you can go." Johnny replied, "Urinate. But if you had bigger boobs, you'd be a ten."

Please don't make me explain it. lol

Patty and Frank.  Wouldn't you just know it?  The Dutchess and I are both allergic to shrimp or we'd crash Patty's party!

In a couple of days we will be in Todo Santos where the real "Hotel California" is.  I've been there before but need to return.

Jim, if you join us we can give you elk, antelope or deer steak, your choice.

Frank, wrong side of Mexico for Jimmy Buffet.  We're on the Baja Coast overlooking the Pacific.

Patty.  Re: Hotel California.  I thought you could check out, but you could never leave.  How did you make your escape so you can return?

Michael k, Shins, along with big toes, are helpful in finding all kinds of strange things.

Nice to see other classmates return to this Forum. Good posts today! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, I know shins are useful for finding low object. Frankly,  I use my feet, both of them. They are pretty effective at locating furniture legs and wall corners after some adult beverages😎. Yes, then arthritis sets in to remind me of those specific events. My podiatrist loves giving me shots in my feet at thosr affected locations. Yes, Santos needs to go along with lyin Biden and Shift.

Hi Patty, The coastline outside Hotel California is very pristine and beautiful.  Probably very similar to what the California coastline from San Diego to about Pebble Beach was like before all the irrigation.  I'm sure you will also visit Cabo being that close?  Tom Stevenson has a place in Cabo.  You might want to contact him?  Jim, "Hotel California" is a great song but I'm not sure what kinds of drugs "The Eagles" were on when they wrote it?

Glenn Youngkin is another viable candidate for President.  Google him.  Good resume.  I'm still in the De Santis camp though because of his Military Service.  Thanks!!  By the way and more importantly---Happy New Year!!  ðŸ§¨ðŸŽ‡ðŸŽ†.   I'm betting there will be alot of fireworks all year!  It WILL be a better year!!

Frank, when we were in Cabo a little over a year ago, we spent the day with Tom, on his boat, but there were no fish to be had so we ended up going back to his condo.  It was nice to see him and we had a very nice visit.  I have considered him one of my best friends since I moved to Phoenix in 1960 and we do stay in touch.  I think he is usually on the ranch at Christmas, that's why we're going to Todos Santos this time.

Frank, I have to disagree with you on Glenn Younkin being a viable candidate for President. I was all for him winning the Governorship of Virginia, and, yes, he did some good things regarding education. But I do have something against him. Virginia has similar laws as the federal government against protesting outside the home of a Supreme Court justice. I didn't expect the Biden administration to enforce the law, but Younkin had full authority to use his state police to enforce state laws. Yet he did nothing.

I do feel that DeSantis could be a good President, but to the best of my knowledge, he has yet to throw his hat into the ring. In fact, no one has made a bid to run against Trump, although many have voiced a possibility of it. I don't think anyone else can beat either Trump or DeSantis. I will wait until the campaign starts and the debates to decide. I know Trump carries a lot of baggage, but he has overcome that before. So until I see what happens in the primaries, I'm still in Trump's camp.

The next President, God willing and the Creek still exists, hopefully will be a Man. Or a Woman. With character Qualities of Honesty, Loyalty, Integrity, Courage, and a sense of Humor. I don't care that they won't or can't win a hail fellow well met Contest. The recent releases of conversations from such klutch of Elitist members of Political Partys and the FBI by Twitter clearly demonstrate those people are not worth much worth speaking of. Best be an Outsider as Trump clearly is, or DeSantis. biden clearly is intent on destroying my Country. We dont need more of him!

I was going to try to send you a few jokes this a.m.  I think I'll publish just this one joke.

HOUSE DEMOCRATS RELEASED 6 YEARS OF TRUMP'S TAX RETURNS.

Now, that's funny.  There is NO rule, regulation or law saying a President (or presidential candidate) MUST release their tax returns.  Precedent, maybe......but NO requirement.

Why then did the Democrat run House do this?  Anyone with two brain cells to rub together would have to conclude it was an attempt to embarrass Trump (for paying relatively so little in taxes?) and to throw yet another hurdle in front of Trump's campaign for President in '24.  Perception??

Can we all agree on this....?  IF the mighty IRS ever thought Trump violated a tax law, they would have spread it across the entire left wing media and would have done anything they could to ruin him financially.  Has that happened?

MY CONCLUSION:  This is in the form of a question.  Can ANY of you, hand on the Bible, say that you have NOT availed yourself of every legal course of action to lessen your tax liability?  That's a rhetorical question because the obvious answer is NO....unless you are lying.  I cannot imagine anyone in our financial strata....or any taxpayer, saying...."Hey....I know I could take fewer legal deductions and get less money back OR pay MORE to the Fed and State because I'm just a good person and that's the way I roll."

My challenge is to EVERY politician in the country.  Prove that you have NOT taken every legal step or deduction to benefit yourself at tax time.  If you have not done this, then you are financially foolish.  If you think the law(s) are unfair and favor "the rich," then vote to change the laws.  Otherwise, shut the hell up!  Glass houses and all that.

Michael K., I will add one more thing to your post. I hope the next President will be a BIOLOGICAL man or woman. I have no problem with a woman being President. I don't see any, though, that I feel can fill that position. Any suggestions?

Jim. Great post. Perhaps that is why the left is hiring so many new IRS agents. They figure that with that many, one of them can find something wrong with Trump's taxes.

Jim C. In reference to your Post re: the Publication of Trump's Tax Returns intended to embarrass Trump! Obviously! The Dems/Libs I've known have always taken great delight in Supreme Court Justice's William O. Douglas' statement in a Supreme Court case that was decided in reference to a Family Trust that the Ford Family had setup, Douglas' quote is "Tax avoidance is every Citizen's Duty, Tax Evasion is a Crime". Libs stick that in your Sanctimonious Pipe and toke it! If Trump's Tax returns had anything even spitting distance from Illegal you can bet he would have been arrested already and on No Bail! Leticia James the State Attorney General of the glorious State of NY (a Sanctuary State by the way) would have already tried stupidly I add to arrest Trump (stupidly I say cause Fed. Tax Evasion is not in her Bailiwick i.e Jurisdiction) so if Trump is still mocking Liberals, giving speeches etc then he must not have done any "No No's". DIFF SUBJ: DeWitt. I believe the Republicans have a number of good women Candidates for President the Gov. of South Dakota Kristi Noem; Sen. Marsha Blackburn; Trump's Ambassador to the UN; and I'm sure there are others. Anyone the Dems viciously attack will no doubt be Good.

Anyone doubt that M. Obuma, just might run for pres. ? And with all the Blacks, backing her, she just might stand a chance. That's with all the other comm. libs. tossing their votes for her.....Now, that is one scary thought isn't it ! I just get the chills everytime I think about that possiblity, followed by a set of very  violent pukes..........

Mike K.  I agree with your "biological female" picks as a potential presidential candidate except for Marsha Blackburn.  I cannot handle the cadence of her speech.  I keep wanting to urge her to get to the point.  Her speech pattern reminds me of Jimmy Caw-tuh, 39th President.

My choices, in order of preference/qualifications are:

Condoleezza Rice:  But, I don't think she will EVER run.  She should because she's brilliant and tough.

Nikki Haley:  One tough cookie.  I loved her at the U.N.  She gave no quarter and asked for none.  Superstar in my opinion.

Kristi Noem:  Another tough cookie, but I doubt a South Dakota Governor would get the nod.  I have a good feeling about her, but she's from a very small (population) state and wouldn't have a huge loyal base.  She reminds me of Rip on Yellowstone.

What I would like to be in charge of is the presidential and vice presidential candidates.  We have a pretty deep bench I think.  Guess who would not be on my list for pres.?  Please not Trump.  Loved his policies....couldn't stand the man.  If he could put his mouth in check....starting yesterday....then.......maybe.

AMERICA FIRST!!  SECURE THE BORDER!!

P.S.  It's amazing how the hyena-like left is circling Representative Elect George Santos (NY) for his lies about education, faith (Jewish vs. Catholic) and previous jobs, but they completely ignore all of the blatant, proven lies by the left starting (currently) with Biden and on down the ladder.  Don't get me started on "If you like your Dr., You can Keep your Dr." Obama.  Let's face it.  I tend to feel ALL politicians are liars and they are ALL running for re-election 24/7/365.  They ain't running to take care of all of us....just the ones who will vote for them.

SLEEP TIGHT KNOWING WE THE PEOPLE ARE SAFE IN THE ARMS OF THE GOVERNMENT.

Michael K and Jim. Those would be some good candidates for a woman president. I like Marsha Blackburn a lot, but her speaking style does wear me out. Of your list, I would like to see Kristy Noam run, but as you said, she doesn't have the base. She is one tough cookie but only has a little national notoriety. Those in national offices seem to fair better than governors in the long run. But then, whoever heard of Bill Clinton before he ran.

Jim, your last line reminds me of a National Guard commercial that was popular in our day. Let me paraphrase it a little here."

SLEEP WELL TONIGHT. YOUR PRESIDENT IS ON VACATION AGAIN.

Yes, George Santos lied, and lying should never be accepted by our elected leaders. But until Biden is removed from office because of his continuous lies during his 50 years in elected office, I say, let Santos stay.

HOW ABOUT SOME LIGHT-HEARTED STUFF....

August 31, 2020...Joe Biden:  "I am not banning fracking.  Let me say that again.  I am not banning fracking.  No matter how many times Donald Trump lies about me."  January 20, 2021:  Six hours after being inaugurated....He banned fracking.  Was that a lie?  Did he hurt more Americans than Representative elect Santos?  You be the judge.  I have many, many more if you like.  Just write to me at:  WTFiswithBiden.com.

Billion dollar idea.  A smoke detector that shuts off when you yell...."I'm just cooking!"

We keep a potato masher in a drawer because sometimes it's fun to not be able to open that drawer.

I had a BAD mixup at the store today when the cashier said strip down facing me.  Apparently she was referring to my credit card.

A police officer called the station on his radio.  "I have an interesting situation here.  An old lady shot her husband for stepping on the floor she just mopped."  "Have you arrested the woman?"  "Not yet.  The floor's still wet."

What did the Dalmation say after dinner?  "Yum!  That really hit the spot!"

AMERICA FIRST!!  SECURE THE BORDER.....IF IT'S NOT TOO INCONVENIENT "BEACH BIDEN!!"

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

To Those Concerned (hovering at 50% + or-) George Santos, Republican should go because Republicans generally insist on some semblancme of an integrity level north of Michael Avenatti; if he were a Democrat, let him stay for there is little if any standard of truthfulness on the Democratic side of the Aisle, which we can clearly see by the Democrats using the FBI to actively conceal the actual existence of the Hunter Biden laptop story with Twitter during the entire 2020 Election Cycle. We now know this because a man with an extra 44 Billion dollar's in his Wallet chose to buy Twitter, and then tell the Truth about what He found. Quite miraculous I'd say! Don't you Agree? Without Musk's choice of Candor we would never know! Since those ongoing Startling Revelations have the Democrats come clean? NAIVE to even Ask is it Not? No they as a Herd are "doubling down" and even more aggressively LIE, AND THEN DIG UP SOME OBSCURE EVENT REPUBLICANS DID AND JUSTIFY THEMSELVES FOR LYING. SO WHY EVEN BOTHER? IS THERE REALLY A "REPUBLIC" TO SAVE? IN MY OPINION ONE OF THE MOST CORRUPT EVIL WRETCHES TO EVER INHABIT THE DC SWAMP IS BEING FORCED TO STEP DOWN NANCY PELOSI---GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH---DONT LET THE DOOR HIT YOU IN THE A$$ SAN FRAN NAN! I will always Remember her deliberately tearing up Trump's State of the Union Address right behind him on stage for the World to see on International Television. That's prima facie Evidence of Who Democrats really are---as is her Husband's being attacked by a "Libertine" with a hammer in his own home while San Fran Nan was in DC on "business". So if George Santos were a Democrat let him stay---its who Democrats are and proud of it! Lets hope the New Year brings us better its clearly not too high a Bar to set.

Sunday Funnies--(Let's get the year started with some humor.  1. Broken Hearted young man to his friend, "I told her I wanted to walk down the aisle with her----then she took me to a Grocery Store.  2. A real witch dressed in her black witch outfit, including pointed hat is standing in front of the Desk Sergeant at the Police Station, while holding Charlie Browns tee shirt behind her back and admitting a crime .  The Desk Sergeant says, "Look Lady, confess all you want but it's no crime to eat Peanuts!"  3. I'm pretty sure 50 years of High School Football Coaches teaching us Civics is what got us here.  (Sorry Coach Baker). 4. So a Female Gen Z'er texts her upcoming date with a fellow Gen Z'er, "Do you Men still open car doors like they use to?"  Prospective date texts back, "Of course, how do you think I get in the car!"  5. Old Man (or Woman) to the Policeman after getting pulled over, "How could you possibly know I was driving 70 miles an "Hour" in a 35 zone when I've only been driving for 10 "Minutes"?  Happy New Year!!  I did my part!

smileyGood ones, Frank.

I have had several people try to help educate me as to computer stuff.  The other day, someone told me I should back up my hard drive.  I can't find reverse!  Where is reverse??

Despite the cost of living, have you noticed how popular it still is?

It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end to end, someone would be stupid enough to try and pass them.  And that person would NEVER turn off their turn signal!!

Flashlight:  A case for holding dead batteries.

When you go into court, you are putting yourself in the hands of 12 people who weren't smart enough to get out of jury duty.
