Stephen David "Dave" Shadegg, born in 1947 in Phoenix, Arizona, to Stephen C. and Eugenia (Kehr) Shadegg, passed away on October 15, 2009, from a sudden hear attack while camping with his life-long friends in beautiful Northern Arizona.  He will be dearly missed by his loving family, his wife of 35 years, Cindy Shadegg; three children, Camille (Zacharias) Catsaros, Demetria (Sean) Murray, all of Tucson, Katie (Darren) Hicks, of Omaha, NE;  and four grandchildren, Stella and Ariana Catsaros, Mathew Murray, and Quin David Hicks.  He is also survived by his sisters, Cynthia Ackel and Eugenia "Gege" Johnson; and brother, John Shadegg, all of Phoenix, AZ, and their extended families.  Dave took immense joy in home building, Arizona history, politics, the great outdoors, and wood-working in his "Garage-Mahal".  In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Association, the Arizona Cancer Center, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, or your favorite charity.
