Charles David Mosley, 50, of Phoenix, a food service technician, died March 24, 1998. He was born in Mullins, SC, and was a member of the Phoenix Jaycees. Survivors include his daughter, Jacque; parents, Elizabeth Oliver and Alvin (Mosley); stepmother, Louise Oliver, stepfather, Richard L.; sister, Myra Sawyer, and brother, Willie. Services:  11 a.m. Saturday, Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale. Contributions:  Charles Mosley Memorial Fund in care of any Bank of America branch location.
