Judith Anne ‘Judi’ Clark Nielsen, 77, of Woordruff, SC left our earth to be with the Lord and her mother Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, from Spartanburg Regional Hospice House. She is survived by her sons Brian (Kristie) and Craig Nielsen and her two beloved granddaughters Katlynne and Lyndsey Nielsen, who she adored with all her heart. Born in Grand junction, CO to Frances MarieFreimuth and William Howard Clark, she lived most of her life in Phoenix, Arizona, the place she always called home. A retired legal secretary and full time Mom and Grandma to her last day, she was an active member for over 40 years with Beta Sigma Phi Sorority giving countless hours to various womens charities throughout AZ and SC. She was always looking for an adventure and without hesitation, would always be up to taking her two boys camping, fishing and exploring, something we’ll always cherish. Up until her passing hour, she loved to get in her car with her dog and ‘roam’, as she’d done her entire life. Judi loved her family and friends, all of whom are blessed with nothing but fun and fond memories. Remember Mom, Goodbye’s are only temporary, we love you and we’ll see you later!
She was diagnosed with colon cancer and passed away 3 months later.

Another dear classmate has passed and is now residing in the arms of her Lord. I didn't know Judi, but wish I had. What a face! What a smile! My heart hurts for her family and friends. Rest in Peace pretty lady.

Judi was truly my best friend since Camelback until her death and I am so sad for her early departure from earth. We talked often. Still communiating with her son in SC. She introduced me to my future husband on a blind date the day after our junior year (double date!! We were married 26 years). She was such a giver, always helping people in some way. I miss her everyday, a great sister/friend! She still had a group of super, supportive girlfriends in Phoenix. We plan to get together soon to celebrate her life.
