Steven Joseph Brooks, 52, of Phoenix, a retired manager for Walgreens, died August 27, 1999.  He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, and was a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran.  Survivors include his wife, Janet;  daughters, Tanya Marjorie and Jennifer Diane;  stepson, Gerald Michael Hultsch;  mother, Marjorie;  sister, Connie Spence;  brothers, Robert and Richard;  and one grandchild.  Contributions:  Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
