DeWitt  Your 13822 is correct and is the definition of acceptable Evidence. There are 2 types of Evidence, Cumulative and Direct. Hearsay Evidence is not admissible because it is Evidence that is given outside of a Court of Law and not gvien under Oath of Penalty of Perjury. There are exceptions to the Hearsay Rule, and these are deemed Exceptions because of them haviing a Characteristic of Reliability. There numerous Treatises concerning Evidence that are instructive on Google. One can also find the definitions of the types of Evidence on the California State Law at evidence.ca.gov.

Katie, I've seen the Blue Angels documentary also.  I used to think that the planes flying so close was some kind of visual illusion, but they really are only 18" apart.  Amazing.

Fair Elections are what you Lefties say you desire, then why are Illegal Aliens being given Instant Social Security Administration Cards, Drivers Licenses, and urged along the Southern Border to Vote for Biden?

I believe Biden supporters are capable of any shenanigans, including creating a so called  Endangering Threat, so that they can try and stop the Election and call for the UN to send Peace Keeping Forces with their little Blue Helmets. You Lefties will do anything to win, won't you?

For a party to a Lawsuit to seek redress, that party must meet  3 requirements. The party must suffer an Injury in Fact, The alleged harm that caused the injury must be causally connected to the injury suffered by the party seeking Redress, and the injuries alleged must be Compensable.

Almost every case I have read brought by Voters or Representatives of Votersi, has studiously avoided confronting the proof of Fraud in any Election, and have denied the Viabllity of the case by claiming through very technical analysis, that the Voters, or Representatives of the Voters. really did not have "Standing to Sue" and avoided the actual consideration altogether. Dismissing the Evidence of Fraud as statistically insignificant.

Stodgy!

Lester, I find it strange that only 37% of voters say the election will be fair and honest. That's about the same as his approval rating. Hmmm.

One of the weirdest things about being an adult is having a favorite stove top burner.  No one ever talks about it, but you know it's true.

Husband:  "Why do you keep buying plants when you just end up killing them?"

Wife:  "Just to remind you what I'm capable of."

I saw a Blue Angel once when my foot slipped off the bike pedal at top speed!

Not sure how many of you this might apply to, with my hearing wrecked from working on F-106's during the Air Force, it sure applies to me.

Lester, As an electrician in the Coast Guard, my billot for everything was in the engine room at the generator switchboard. The communication headset I wore didn't cancel the sound of the engines as much as the sound-canceling headphones the rest of the engine room crew wore. My hearing has been steadily getting worse over the years. I am now being fitted for a hearing aid. My advice to everyone is to take care of your ears. Or someone will be telling you to change your batteries.

Here's what keeps me up at night.....The FACT that our Commander in Chief has to sequester himself with 16 advisors for over a week to prepare for a "debate" conducted by a friendly "news" organization to discuss HIS policies for the future and "achievements" to date.

Forgive me, but this means to me that "our President" cannot protect America against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic on an extemporaneous basis.  He CANNOT make a decision without someone pulling his strings.  Imagine how the new "Axis of Evil" views that.

That's what keeps me up at night.

SECURE THE BORDER!!  ENFORCE THE LAW!!  AMERICA FIRST!!

Quote by Milton Friedman: Inflation is the time when those who have saved for a rainy day get soaked. The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation, the second is war. Both bring temporary prosperity; both bring permanent ruin.

I will vote for the candidate for President who I feel offers the best solutions for getting inflation under control and keeping us out of wars.

Jim, remember when "News" anchor Donna Brazil(spell?)
gave Killary the debate questions prior to the debate. This time around the Biden puppeteers will be giving CNN the questions. With two outspoken Trump haters as "moderators" you know this debate will not be evenhanded.

Lester:  Quote...."I will vote for the candidate for President who I feel offers the best solutions for getting inflation under control and keeping us out of wars."

I agree 100%.  Inflation was at 1.4% when Trump handed over the economy and we were in zero wars.  How's that stack up with Mr. Biden?

That's why I'm voting for Trump....even though he is a coarse, egotistical bastard (CEB).  But right now, he's my CEB and we "Need Him On That Wall."

Bill Rihs:  Donna Brazile.  Oh yes, I remember her well.  The temerity of that woman.  Leaking debate questions to Hillary..... Well.....I never!!!  I'm simply verklempt!

Since we all now respect each other’s opinions, I would like to express my opinion that, when available, facts should be used when making comparisons. It is in this spirit I present the following facts:

  • In the life span of a Camelback High School class of `65 alumni, there have been thirteen presidents.
  • The average inflation annual rate over this period has been 3.74%.
  • There have been fifty-four years of economic expansion, twenty years of economic recession and four years of negative or zero economic growth.
  • The highest average annual rate of inflation was 9.9%, occurred during the Carter administration, and was prompted by an 80% increase in oil prices from OPEC countries.
  • The lowest rate of inflation was 1.1% and occurred under the Kennedy administration.

Other Presidents oversaw average annual inflation rates as follows:

  • Ford-8%
  • Biden -5.7%
  • Nixon-5.4%
  • Regan-4.6%
  • H.W. Bush-4.3%
  • W. Bush-2.8%
  • LBJ-2.6%
  • Clinton-2.6%
  • Trump-1.9%
  • Obama-1.4%
  • Eisenhower-1.4%

I can find no reputable economic correlation between inflation rates and US military action. In fact, inflation rates during and just before years of US military involvement in Korea, Viet Nam, Bosnia, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, none of which were declared wars by Congress as the constitution requires, were at or below the average annual rate of inflation.

I will let others make of these facts as they will. At least that’s my opinion of what should happen.

So "First Solar" (headquartered in Tempe but probably a "Deleware Company") executives donated millions to Biden.  Then the Biden administration gave BILLIONS to First Solar on their "green dumb deal"!!  (Remember Solendra) The AP is reporting that the executives bought a lot of their own stock before the announcement of "our hard earned money" being given to First Solar.  At least one of those executives is now a billionaire.  No corruption by the "progressives" here!!  You might want to go on a "Field Trip" down to the South Shore of the Salt River in Tempe and look at the building?  I'm not betting that there is no effect on global warming with that imprint?

Richard, I don't believe Friedman's statement was in any way linking the two occurances together. He was pointing out two different events, one not dependent on the other. But when you have both at the same time, that's an even larger issue.

Michael W., When have the Democrats, especially today's Democrats, ever acted in a fair, equal, and honest way? The scrips are set, and I expect to see the play they have been rehearsing for.

Well......Trump's going outside the wire tonight into enemy territory and don't kid yourself....the deck is stacked against him.  Biden and his CNN lackeys will do everything they can to cause him to go bats**t because they are there NOT to talk about the future of our country, but the final crucifiction of Trump.

I hope Trump looks at Biden and says "Good evening Mr. President."  I think Biden would pee just a little because he won't have a cheat sheet for that.  If ever there was a time To Go All Reagan on Biden, tonight's the night.

God Bless and Protect America.

Jim.,

I totally agree with your assesment on the debate issue. I'm in awe of Trump even agreeing to go into the lion's den, in the first place. The man has really giant cojones...The second debate should be held at Fox, for fairness...I really wish it was Ronald Reagan going into this debacle tonight...It should tell everyone the fact, that biden refused to have a blood test prior to this debate, that he wil be infused with chemicals ..............

The benefits of a tariff are visible. Union workers can see they are "protected". The harm which a tariff does is invisible. It's spread widely. There are people that don't have jobs because of tariffs but they don't know it.
