I personally believe that if Men were more responsible for their offspring's raising and discipline, much more of the Crimes committed by Juveniles would not in fact, be committed because of a FATHER IN THE HOME AND DISCIPLINE IN THE HOME SIMULTANEOUSLY..
On the issue of Child Support, here in California Child Support is a calcuation based upon Facts gathered from both Parents, then entered into a Formula that calculates the Child Support amount. This is called a QUADRO and is meant to take all the lying and manipulation out of the CS Calculations. It helps somewhat.
Now about Crime Statistics, Juvenile Crimes are not reported due to privacy concernts and the concept that Juvienile Justice is meant to Rehabilitate and not Punish so the Privacy of the Perpetrator becomes an overriding concern over reporting Violent Crimes.
Statistics can be manipulated to make opinions and contentions appear more accurate, but the FBI has been in the past considered pretty accurate.
I am going to get into the Bowels or Entrails if you will, on what I am going to say now, so If it puts you off, then don't read it. I won't know it and so my feelings won't be hurt.
Recently Donald J. Trump was convicted of 34 alleged Felonies. I listened to and monitored the daily Trial reporting as much as I could, and here after reading the Post Conviction News, I am going to state my ":take" on the entire Trial. First, there is one concept and in fact calling it a concept rather trivializes its importance to Americans, and America, and a Constitutional Form of Government. The Legal moniker for this Most Critical Ideal is called DUE PROCESS OF LAW. In the days when King George was attempting to continue controlling the Colonist's as part of the Subjects of the Crown, his Control was maintained by Military Might, and by Taxation. We all know the Event about how the Colonists demonstrated their Anger, and Rebellion against the Tyrranical Hand of King George by throwing the Tea Cargo that was sitting in Containers on the Harbor into the Ocean because of the Tax being levied on this condiment by the Crown. A form of reminder of the exclusive Control by the Crown over the Colonists. The Colonists were Pissed. Enough, they said, and in the harbor the Tea went. All the fish must have tasted like orange pekoe for a while. This Tax by the Crown was the Breaking Point for the Colonists. NOTICE OF WHAT IS COMING NEXT, AND HOW TO PREPARE FOR IT BECAME CRITICAL TO THE COLONISTS. DUE PROCESS IS WHAT YOU CALL THAT NOTICE. WHEN THE COLONISTS DECIDED TO BREAK AWAY FROM ENGLAND THEY WERE TIRED OF BEING TRIED FOR ALLEGED OFFENSES TO THE CROWN THAT THEY WERE UNAWARE OF. SO, IN OUR CONSTITUTION THEY INCLUDED THE CONCEPT CALLED DUE PROCESS OF LAW. IT IS ONE OF THE DIVINE RIGHTS THAT OUR MAKER HAS GIVEN EACH ONE OF US AS HIS CREATION.
DUE PROCESS OF LAW means that when you are accused of committing some Crime, the Crime you are accused of committing MUST BE SPECIFICALLY DEFINED SO THAT YOU KNOW WHAT THE GOVERNMENT SAYS YOUR ACTS, OR FAILURES TO ACT VIOLATED THE LAW, DUE PROCESS REQUIRES ALSO THAT THE CRIME YOU ARE ALLEGED TO HAVE COMMITTED AS DEFINED STATUTORILY, MUST ALSO PROVIDE YOU WITH AS AN ORDINARY CITIZEN, A SUFFICIENT DEFINITION WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO MODIFY YOUR CONDUCT TO AVOID VIOLATION OF THE LAW.
Can anyone reading this as an ordinary citizen, tell us here what Crime or Crimes did Donald J. Trump commit, so that We would know what Acts, or Failures to Act, caused Him to Violate the Statute, or Statutes he Violated under New York Law. Equally Important, how would Donald J. Trump know how to change his Conduct to avoid Violations of the Statute, or Statutes he allegedly Violated under New York Law.
There's money in it if you can tell me in writing here. I know you can't and that is why I say, when his 34 Felony convictions get to the Appropriate Court, in all probability the United States Supreme Court, his Felony Convictions will be overturned, because the Entire Trial, its Trial Process, and it's even reaching the Trial Stage, will be deemed a DENIAL OF DUE PROCESS AND ON MULTIPLE LEVELS.
REMEMBER, TO COLLECT 100 BUCKS, YOU MUST QUOTE THE NEW YORK STATUTE, EXACT LANGUAGE, AND ON WHAT CONDUCT TRUMP SUPPOSEDLY VIOLATED THE STATUTE, AND IF THAT STATUTE WAS EVER GIVEN TO TRUMP'S DEFENSE COUNSEL AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE JURY BEGAN ITS DELIBERATIONS, AND HOW TRUMP COULD HAVE AVOIDED A VIOLATION OF THE STATUTE OR STATUTES YOU HAVE ENTERED HEREIN.
YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO, AND REMEMBER, TRUMP CANNOT BE ACCUSED OF VIOLATION OF A FEDERAL STATUTE, BECAUSE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REFUSED TO PROSECUTE TRUMP ON ANY TAX LAW VIOLATIONS IN THIS CASE.
IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND DUE PROCESS, WELL, MOSES CAME DOWN FROM THE MOUNTAIN, AND HE BROUGHT DOWN ON STONE TABLETS THE TEN COMMANDMENTS. MOST OF US KNOW WHAT THEY ARE, THOU SHALT NOT KILL, THOU SHALT NOT STEAL, THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS, ----------- GOD'S DUE PROCESS IN ITS EARLIEST FORM.
